For others, who travel much more, I can certainly understand the desire not to be limited top four upgrades (altho individual properties can do what they want and the OP seems to frequent many of the same hotels and is certainly a regular).

I think we can all agree, however, that hopefully Starwood will continue to copy Hyatt and in addition to free internet for Platinums, they'll also give us free breakfasts!
