I believe so, as the air pressure between the cabin and outside the aircraft is not as it would be at altitude. Hence there is no pressure pressing the door into the airframe. However, apart from the over wing exits etc... Crew members are sat at doors, so would make all attempts to stop such an action by a passenger.
