I possibly shouldn't admit to this but am gonna

When I would fly as a young child, I believed that you could not use the toilets on board during take off and landing, as when the flush was pressed, a hole opened up underneath the aircraft to let the *ahem* "contents" out !! ... and thats how the toilets worked in my little child like opinion
