That must depend on either the airport connecting at or the availability of flights. Checking CLT-BOS for Wednesday, I see 31 minute, 32 minute, 37 minute, 44 minute, 50 minute, and 58 minute connections - all in either DCA or LGA except one 32 minute connection in PHL.
