I can always find it cheaper via another route. The easiest is Cruise Compete. It's like a reverse auction but only works if you know exactly what cruise you want to take. You enter the cruise you want, specify the room type(s), then you'll get "bids" from travel agents giving you their price. You just log into your account and can scan all the prices and pick the best one. They each have ratings so you can see what other customers have said about that agency.

The only benefit I could see for using AA Cruises is the miles. I could have sworn a few years ago I thought someone talked about earning EQM from AA Cruises but I could never find the post again. If one could in EQM, I'd probably use them but I don't think you do.
