The behavior of F passenger on DCA-DEN was clearly wrong and not indicative all of GS members. Making comments such as " I paid $XXXX, and I deserve XXXX" is clearly not appropriate.

However, I am confused why people have to drag "who is flying on whose dimes" into the the discussion. It is irrelevant, IMHO. I think we are losing focus here.
