Question TBS Taxi's with a bicycle (without getting ripped off)?

I'm planning a journey over to TBS in a few weeks and am hoping to take a bicycle with me. As the flight arrives at just gone midnight (or depending on the day of the week 2 am), I don't want to being cycling into the city from the airport!

Does anyone know a way to arrange reliable transport at that time of day with a bike? (It'll be wrapped up in a bag but still quite big). I'm a little concerned that if I just turn up with said luggage, the taxi drivers will simply rip me off.
