Try Travelocity's Dream Maps, they're great. Simply put in your departure city and the amount of money you want to spend and it will bring up a map showing where you can fly for the amount or less. You can check the US, Europe, Caribbean, etc.

Go to travelocity.com, clip on "dream, plan go", then click on "dream maps". Good luck!
