There are few, but some, OK prices at King Power, though they are no longer selling 2x 1L of Johnny Red for 500B per bottle.

But the prices are still better than most everywhere in the US.

That said, I haven't actually looked in King Power for 8 months since the prices in Phnom Penh are absurdly cheap (and cheaper than in PNH duty free).
