Put it in an envelope labeled with the currency type. Put the envelope in a pile with lots of other similar envelopes. Hopefully, remember to take the right envelope(s) next time I travel.

The GBP envelope came in handy two weeks ago. OHTO, anyone want an envelope with a few Dutch guilders? Or Italian lire?
