I want to use my FB points for 2 rooms for 2 nights in August in Milan. I have found the hotel I want from the FB web-site and its 27k per room per night.

Do I have to call FB first to get a voucher or something; then call the hotel ?

But what happens if the dates are blacked out ? Do I get the points back ?
