You might try points.com. I converted some Alaska Airlines miles into Delta SkyMiles as a test, and it works. There was, IIRC, a 20% conversion factor, ie 5,000 AS became 4,000 DL. Not sure if CO works the same way. Oh, they post to DL as bonus miles, not MQM, naturally.
