Garuda is always my first choice, however, they frequently are the most expensive. Second, Air Aisa, I have never had a problem with them, all the flights have been on time, and I really like that I am able to prebook a bulkhead or an exit row seat cheaply. I just flew Lion for the first time CGK-DPS. Never again. I read reviews about how right the seat pitch was, but I couldn't even imagine the nightmare that awaited. Literally, one of the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. Flights delayed both ways, chaotic boarding (pretty common here), asked agent at check in for bulkhead or exit, said non available, and yet many empty after take off.
