Sure to be told off for this post as I seem to have caused a commotion in making my first post a negative one.

On the same flight from Oslo to Heathrow BA767 on Thursday evening I posted about earlier , I took my gold card and amex card out of my wallet in case i bought any duty free and put my wallet in my bag in the overhead locker.

Got home and and couldnt find my wallet anywhere , after searching the house , calling the taxi co. and heathrow lost property to no avail I gave up on it as lostand cancelled all the cards

Got a call from a nice policeman in Zurich airport who had my wallet handed in to them after being found on the BA712 aircraft today.

As I am off to Philadelphia on Tuesday I am rather glad I took my BA Amex out of the wallet !

Are planes not checked for lost property ?
