Thanks! If you have no need of a dining room, then you should take the executive suite, but insist upon the "35" model -- it is substantially larger. You could take a Mandarin Premier room and attempt to upgrade to an executive suite, but my one experience at doing this found me in a considerably smaller "01" model executive suite.
Therefore, if I were to want an executive suite, I would book an executive suite, insisting with the front desk for a "35" model, and at the same time hoping for an upgrade to a Cityscape suite. See picture below of Cityscape suite:

Ether, thanks for your recommendations. Everything is in place for my visit in May. I booked an executive suite requesting # 35. Thanks for the pic of the Cityscape suite floor plan, it reminds me of the Apex suite.
FYI, Amangiri arranged a private charter plane from Page, AZ to Las Vegas (Boulder City) for 1500.00. IF I wanted to fly over Bryce Canyon on the way to LV, the cost was 2200.00.
