I keep reading this, but I keep finding low level award tickets. I had three or four low levels on hold to Europe for a trip in May for example, before I ticketed one... checked again today (I would like to move the outbound one day and there were still low level business elites for the day I am flying in May to LHR. Just not for the Sunday I want which doesn't surprise me, near Memorial Day weekend. I am probably not alone in taking that week off! )

Now my only other "elite" expereince was on AA and I had horrid luck there, but that was several years ago so things could have changed. I finally donated the last of those miles on the theory "I will never be able to use these"

But I would say that DL FFs right now are whining louder then anyone else. Perhaps because we have changes. (A few years ago it was USAir whining... it's goes in cycles)

I somehow doubt that ANY airline has "enough FF tickets" Someone is ALWAYS locked out of what they want.

However, I have noticed that I can't get AF tickets at lower levels at ALL. And that's even trying to book them on the AF site using my FlyingBlue number, checking Expert Flyer etc... IMHO that's having a negative impact on DL options. (I also tried calling, agent couldn't get AF seats to show either)
