They've now started making promos richer for those with Elite status in BW. The current "double rewards, tripe if booked line", while capped at 3 bonuses (4 stays) for those without elite status, is unlimited -- not capped -- for those who are elite).

And thus it continues the trend, the main benefit to being elite at BW IMHO is that you earn points faster, but now with this promo much faster than if you're not elite (if you can do enough stays during the promo, that is).

Unfortunately, as with all things BW Rewards, this was poorly eplained (buried in the middle of a long T&C paragraph). When Choice Privileges has an extra feature for certain elite levels (typically freeing up the booking restriction on promos), they put it in a totally separate paragraph. But BW Rewards T&Cs seem blank-line-challenged!
