As discussed in early threads, I think Starwood has made big mistakes with the new card. First of all AMEX is NOT accepted in as many stores in Canada and now, the news that there is a $120 fee! At bare minimum I expected a no fee card with similar perks like the MBNA Mastercard. Time to look for a new travel credit card.

I called an SPG CSR today to complain and I encourage all those customers who are not happy about these changes to voice their concerns by calling in. This may be the only way changes can be made. Lurker, can you help pass this message along?
