A few weeks ago I flew LAS-PHX on HP (err, US) and they had 2 flights within 5 minutes of each other on a Sunday morning! If I recall correctly, they were at 945 & 950AM. They were dumb enough to put the gates far away at LAS considering the first was oversold & the second was close. They were shuffling people from one gate to the other to get both planes out without bumping anyone.
