On some routes, some days, C can be row 1 and 2. Experienced this from VNO to TLL a couple of times.
Rows 1-4 are indeed less leg room. Best seat is 6A but you can't choose it if you flying Y+ or C.
From New Year service concept on OV Regional was changing almost weekly. Started with snack for everyone, no alcohol. Then turned into snack + beer/wine for everyone. Then sh!tty small small snack and alcohol for C only. Finally, this week, same sh!tty small snack and no alcohol, not even for C. Looking forward to new experience next week
