Marriott.com problem anyone else
Is anyone else having the following problem on marriott.com. They claim I am not alone. For 10 days I cannot see my reservations. I click Change/Cancel and I get an error. I have called support, written support, spoken 2 supervisors and yesterday they told me it would be fixed last night. Guess what it is not. I have to change reservations very often given customer changes and calling is not time efficient.
Questions:
1. Is anyone else having this problem?
2. Can web support give compensation as I have asked for it.?
