Investigated, really? & that is why he hasent received his mailing? I would definetly say my accounts would be suspicous and worthy of investigation, never the less i bit the bullet and have called up in regards to all my 'un-received' mailings and have been advised that they will be reissued and delivered next month. My thought is that if the original mailing arrives in the next few days i can call up and reactivate them as i assume they have been voided. Otherwise i hope the replacements get to me soon before the double miles cut off.
