Stayed during Xmas and used my suite upgrade voucher. Got a suite on a relative low floor, but still the view is great! To be honest it is nicer than the GH and PH, as you have a view of Pudong and the Bund. The suite is huge and you can walk loops in the room and chasing each other. Nice bathroom with huge round bath with TV and view of Pudong Pearl Tower etc. Got a free bottle of wine, chocolate and fruit. Lounge is nice and fair selection of foods (didn't spend a long time there, as we had the Xmas eve dinner buffet).

Service was great! Location wise is not better off than staying on Pudong side as the traffic arround the hotel with all the construction is bad.
