The deluxe harbour view is slightly larger and in my experience you will never get upgraded to the Towers. The advantage to this hotel for me is that if you book a cheap room you can get a suite-- which for extended stays is great-- or you can use points to upgrade to the towers which is very nice.

If you actually pay for a harbour view room then for that money there are a lot of hotels that may be a better value.
