I would try calling MP. Assuming the reroute was done properly, they should be able to see it, and mileage can likely be credited on the spot. Or, you might be able to try getting ORC if that turns out better for you. Maybe its a bit different, but even on reroutes with different carriers that weren't partners (CO, pre *A entry), they were able to credit me over the phone.
