I have been PM (and now DM) on Delta for past four years, but am getting a bit tired of the BS I deal with out of SFO. Since I've only flown Delta and BA for past several years, anyone suggest any alternatives? I commute between JFK and SFO each week, plus do a massive amount of biz travel during the week.
