From the picture it will be fine, though it's overkill if you're only going to the UK.

There are two ends of an adapter to be concerned about.

One is the socket (female) side. Confirm that the plugs of all your devices fit.

The other is the plug (male) side. Confirm that when you open it in UK mode, it looks like this:

If it passes both those tests, you'll be fine. If not, take it back for a refund, and get an adapter from the store you'll be forced to walk through when you disembark at Heathrow or at any of many places in London. (The main electronics chain there is Dixon's.) If you're worried about putting it off to the last minute, get one at Radio Shack or at the airport before you leave. Airport shops at every international gateway in the U.S. sell them.
