I was there on a very cold and snowy day and the shared ride with the Residence Inn (not Marriott though part of the same hotel group) was a pain. Apparently there is some dispute between the owner of the Aloft and someone else that for some reason precludes the shuttle from stopping at the Aloft. Now, on a nice spring day when you have no luggage that's not a problem. The two hotels are next door so no big deal. But snow on the ground and a brisk frigid wind, you will curse that walk no matter how short it is.

I thought we had a thread on this property already but apparently not. I thought I had discussed the shuttle situation once below.

My annoyance with the room was certainly nit picky but very frustrating for me: the brightness of the light on the clock that is anchored to the table next to the bed. Oh, that and the terrible Chinese food I had delivered, but I don't think Aloft had anything to do with that!
when was your stay????my last stay was in june 09 & the shuttle came right up to the aloft front door....
