I am also interested in the weather issue, esp since we also want to visit Quito and Devil's Nose, etc. Hard to find a good time for both. I have read in a couple of places that June through Oct can be foggy all day. Anyone experience that? The water temp will decide whether I snorkel or not. I am a wuss! Thanks for the help.
