I noted in the Starpicks thread this week that Lakeside Terrace is now (at least sometimes) available for nightly rentals through the Starwood reservations websites. This SVO property does not participate in SPG, so no award reservations are available, AFAIK. However, it is entirely made up of 2BR condos and may appeal to some SPG members. Hopefully, it might have at least limited participation in the future to be able to offer points for reservations as is provided for stays at the nearby Sheraton Mountain Vista (limited SPG participation). This week's non-refundable Starpicks rate is $249 with availability throughout most of March and April.
