I have a business that has expenses I can pay with a credit card in excess of $230k (electric bills, water bills, vendors, etc...). That is how I was able to earn millions of miles over the years.

BTW - US Air doesn't have a BC / FC product. On long hauls, they offer Envoy which is a watered down version of most other airlines FC.
