okay, someone please explain why it's necessary to JB the iPod Touch? I know why people do it to iPhone, but iPod Touch?

by the way, if Apple really considers a jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch to be "illegal" and in violation of copyright/DMCA laws....
can Apple send a memo to the Depatment of Homeland Security? Next time you go through customs check at your
friendly airport, the CBP agent can seize/confiscate your iPhone/iPod Touch because it's illegal?
