Been calling to try and book a flight this Friday SEA to LAX return on Sunday using a BTT issued 5/1/09. This is the third call I've made and each agent expresses disbelief if I really have one. The 2nd agent finally made a reservation for me, but I just called for the third time to ask about later availability for Sunday return and now the agent states she and supervisor looked up the rules (after I was on hold for 10 min) and claim I simply can't have real BTT because they stop issuing them in 12/08. Despite my protests, she wants me to drive to the airport and show the agent the BTT to confirm if it's real before she'll do anything with my reservation. I want to avoid any trouble at the airport tomorrow and do not want to drive out there tonight. I intend to call back and offer to fax copies to them--but all this is really irritating. To top it off, it was issued to me because of poor customer service!
