I may or may not have one more "corner case" to add. I recently requested an account merge of an old MP account I briefly held almost 20 years ago (not big mileage by any stretch but the closer I get to 1MM status the less patient I become). I now see the merge in my account history but no bump in lifetime UA miles. I have written to 1KVoice to see if they can/will manually force that for me.
