2) they all cost about the same, +/- $.50.

3) dunno. i'll check it when i get home, but i don't remember it stating that explicitly.

4) yes, but that's not really relevant to the promo. the promo is limited to the regular size, specially-marked box. the upc symbol is not the proof of purchase they're looking for. it's a certificate on the box.
