I have some questions

1. What do each of these products cost in the USA?

2. Which would be the cheapest product?

3. Is the promotion limited to US citizens?

4. Does the US have small snack boxes as in Australia (smaller versions of the larger boxes) - 8-10 different types are bundled and sold as one product?
