I've got a couple of domestic flights planned and am keen to look out for one of these LFBU.

Does anyone know whether your ticket booking class is changed/upgraded to F, P or A when you pay for one of these ? (F,P,A get x3 BAEC tier points)

(Stupid question of the week alert) Does the kiosk ask for a US ZIP code like some gas station pumps do when paying by credit card?

On one of my flights I am connecting from BA at DFW. I have only connected from an International flight at DFW once before and don't remember there being a kiosk after customs (just a baggage belt and a check-in/assistance desk). Since these upgrades only appear to be offered at the kiosk does this mean I have to exit through arrivals and take my bags to check-in at departures ?
