I'm hardly travel on CX but will be flying in Economy soon. I have some Asia Miles from the times that I have traveled on CX and will be redeeming excess baggage - so that's another 10kg plus the economy allowance of 20kg. How much more do you think CX will let me check-in? From what I gathered from friends, the check-in staff can be stingy (removing 1-2 kgs out of the check-in bag) or quite lenient - 25kg in Economy.
