This is just one of many threads about DL agents stating the policy on protection has been changed. My feeling is as time goes by protection will become more and more the exception and not the rule. I wouldn't be suprised if they take away the option of CSRs entirely.
Well, it wouldn't be the first (or last) time that DL management shot themselves in the foot... and loyal customers got hit by the ricochet.
It would be a terribly short-sighted thing to do... oh, yeah, I forgot who I was talking about.
