They do treat elites fair, not as bad as SYD. They dont give club access for free but they do honor benefits on award stays. I agree that they could do more such as better upgrades and possibly club access
Even for London, I don't class the Intercon as a luxury hotel. I know there are few genuine luxury hotels in London, but this is not one of them. I am counting the days until the Four Seasons re-opens.....
