Didn't want to resurrect the old thread where I'd posted this last week at the bottom of a long conversation

I have been searching for J-fare bucket fares between any DC-area airport to any London-area airport for pretty much anytime in late august through October. I want to use my CP upgrade cert's for myself and a companion. But I can't find any availability.

So I was wondering if, since they changed the overall mileage redemption levels, have they perhaps changed the bucket they run the CP e-cert upgrades out of?

Any advice?
