What are the age requirements for "Primetime Rate"?

I've been searching for hotels on the Starwood site, and as usual I always try "Automobile Association" and "Senior Discount" to see if I can get a better rate (they'll often match the prepaid rate, but will be cancellable). In the past, the Senior Discount has come up with an AARP rate which is great because you can join AARP at age 50.

Now, it comes up with: Rate Plan Description: PRIMETIME RATE. Identification required.

There's no mention of AARP anywhere, so I'm wondering if this is something new with different eligibilty requirements, or if I'm still eligible with my AARP card.

FT & Google search came up empty for "primetime rate", so any help would be appreciated.
