I did a search to see if anyone uses on of these as we are considering getting a pair for a trip from Washington, DC to Thailand in coach later this year. The price is now down to $22 on Amazon.

That image is unlike anything you'll find in an economy cabin these days. Way more pitch and recline than you'll actually have. I'd think that putting that much pillow in to the seat is going to severely limit the actual personal space you have for your body.
