Keep an eye on MMB - they will usually show an upgrade price on there up to and sometimes including OLCI. I've seen the situation where the upgrade is prices at something like £700, and then a day or two before the flight it drops to £99. Discussed on another thread recently here, where the upgrade was offered at £85.
