That's too bad for Malaysia (and other such countries) as neither of my nationalities give exit stamps - and with Nexus, neither give entry stamps.

Malaysia doesn't recognize dual nationality for its own citizens - where did you find the quote that claims they could refuse entry to a non-Malaysian national holding extra citizenships?
