For me, what I finds suspicious is that these incidents failed. That someone was suddently allowed to board an international flight without a passport. What are the chances of this occuring?
Boxcutters? Security apparently missed those, too. How many more times willl we believe it.

That our lives changed overnight, worldwide, after each incident with no democractic oversight.
That an alleged "wordwide, sophisticated terror group" has trouble lighing a match. Twice.
After all, our 6pm news terrifies us with reports of "terror training camps" which apparently turn out sophisticated recruits. A dizzying list of alleged plots is laid out before us, every few months like clockwork.


But maybe my analysis is just too simple, too child-like. After all, surely even an 8 yr old child would get it?
