You would be surprised. Delays and the unreliability of the trains contributed to the downfall of Cisalpino. There is a website -
Cessoalpino - which gives loads of information and historical detail about the delays and cancellations of Cisalpino trains. Note the pun - "cesso" is Italian slang for toilet. Enough said.
