Where do you see that? Amex travel (my corporate travel agency) shows it as nonstop, as does ExpertFlyer.
Simple "geographic math" would indicate it's not a nonstop. There's just no way any jet airliner in service today would take 4.5 hours to fly SJC-DFW eastbound nonstop.

I believe back in the dying days of the DFW hub, DL did operate DFW-OAK nonstop using CR7s. I think that segment was blocked at around 4:00 (westbound).
