Really? For one, the only jobs the executives are paid to protect are the jobs of their own employees. If your customers are not liking part of your product you should listen. Because if they stop doing business with you then it hurts your bottom line and your own employees.
Changing soda vendors has nothing to do with the core business of an airline. Adding flights and growing is. There are way more jobs to be had at the airport and from other suppliers with expansion than there is from changing soda vendors.
Besides, it was widely discussed that Jones does not want to can their soda anymore. That was a deal breaker. Why are you lashing Alaska? Seems that Jones didn't do anything to keep the deal either. Maybe Jones is costing themselves jobs?
