THis is perfectly logical to me. *A was ineligible because they're in the rpoces of adding new airlines, so cannot be evaluated accurately; OW was ineligible because the regulatory change fro AA/BA antitrust is underway. Thus, obviously, ST wins!!! And, it did not take North Korea, style voting. Wonderful. Maybe they were smoking crack also...
